This continues an upward trend, following a ranking of fourth in 2005 and that of third in 2006. The firm is now the highest-positioned CPA firm in Kentucky.

The selection process for the competition is based on an assessment of the company's employee policies and procedures and the results of a confidential employee survey conducted by an independent organization.
