Dean, Dorton & Ford Employees Honor Founder in Relay for Life

LEXINGTON, Ky. (May 30, 2007) - Dean, Dorton & Ford, PSC, congratulates its employees on their successful participation in the American Cancer Society's 2007 Relay for Life. The team's participation this year was dedicated to one of the company's founders, Joe Ford, who passed away from cancer-related complications in February of this year.

"Team Dean, Dorton & Ford was by far one of our best teams this year," advised Lisa Kidd, Executive Director for the American Cancer Society. Dean, Dorton & Ford's team exceeded their goal of $5,000, raising a total of $6,885. The American Cancer Society expects to have raised over $270,000 from the relay, a $35,000 increase from last year's event.
